Role

The Customer Success Manager develops customer relationships to promote product usage, retention, and loyalty. Responsibilities include onboarding, training, analyzing usage data, and engaging proactively with customers to ensure satisfaction, growth, and retention. The role can be based in Spain or Portugal, with only residents of these countries considered.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Become proficient in Seequent products relevant to customer accounts.
  • Learn customer usage and feedback to inform product teams.
  • Support and advise customers, promoting product adoption and expansion.
  • Build and maintain relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and serve as a customer advocate.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to revenue growth strategies.

Qualifications

  • Degree preferred but not essential.
  • At least 3 years in customer success, account management, or related roles.
  • Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English; Italian is a plus.
  • Background in geology or geotechnical fields required.
  • Experience with technology customers and stakeholder management.
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and motivated.
