A leading global customer experience organization is seeking a German-speaking professional for their Customer Success & Sales team. This role involves managing client relationships, driving upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and conducting product demonstrations. The ideal candidate has over a year of outbound sales experience, is skilled in German and English, and is confident presenting to executives. The position offers a competitive gross salary and a relocation package for candidates moving from abroad.

Formación

  • 1+ year of outbound sales experience in prospecting, qualification, negotiation, closing.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and drive outcomes across phone, email, and social channels.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions and subscription models.

What You'll Do
  • Reach out to prospects to understand their needs and propose tailored product solutions

  • Research customer history (Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo) to uncover upsell & cross-sell opportunities

  • Conduct product demonstrations and prepare customer-specific value use cases

  • Manage a dynamic pipeline and report accurate forecasts

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve product adoption

  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level decision-makers

What You Bring
