A leading company in customer success is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage key client relationships and ensure satisfaction and retention. The role involves onboarding new clients, promoting system adoption, and gathering feedback to drive product value. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of relevant experience, preferably in the Fashion or Beauty industries. The Customer Success role is responsible for managing key client relationships and ensuring client adoption, satisfaction, and retention. The role includes ensuring successful setup and onboarding for new clients and promoting system adoption.
