Role responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer contacts via phone, email, chat, and alerts, resolving demands
  • Log details into call systems and meet SLA response times
  • Maintain knowledge of applications specific to customers
  • Ensure SLA adherence
  • Provide coverage for team members as needed
  • Complete administrative duties and support service performance

Qualifications:

  • Proficient or bilingual in German and fluent in English
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Knowledge of IT platforms and applications
  • Good disposition for customer service
  • Ability to take ownership and escalate when necessary
  • Experience or interest in the automotive industry and electric vehicles
