Una empresa de marca deportiva internacional busca un Asesor de Atención al Cliente con actitud proactiva para unirse a su equipo en Barcelona. Se requiere fluidez en polaco e inglés. Las responsabilidades incluyen ofrecer una atención al cliente excepcional y gestionar consultas de comercio electrónico. Se ofrece un contrato temporal con posibilidades futuras, horarios de lunes a viernes y beneficios como almuerzos y descuentos en productos ASICS.

Formación

• Capacidad de trabajar desde Barcelona.

Responsabilidades

• Ofrecer una experiencia al cliente excepcional.
• Mantener datos de consumidores en la plataforma CRM.
• Gestionar casos y preguntas de comercio electrónico usando herramientas de software.

They are looking for a Customer Service Advisor with a sporty and positive attitude to join their team in Barcelona. Together with their young and dynamic team, you will offer the best possible experience for customers all over the EMEA region.

Main responsibilities

• Delivering a best-in-class consumer experience attending consumers in all sort of questions or issues regarding their orders, services etc. through different channels (issues during pre-sales, mid-sales and after-sales)
• Data entry and maintenance of data related to the consumers at a local market level into the CRM platform
• Managing cases and E-commerce questions using the software tools provided

• Able to work from Barcelona

• Knowledge of Social Networks would be highly valued
• Team player who is also able to work independently
• Attentive, empathetic, flexible and proactive
