Formación

Your tasks:
  • Lead, scale, and continuously improve our Spanish organisation with a strong growth mindset.
  • Open new offices and build regional structures that support fast expansion across Spain.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent — only the right people will get us to the next milestones.
  • Drive high efficiency across Inside Sales and Technical Sales, ensuring every hour and every euro creates impact.
  • Build and expand a strong B2B partner network, especially among installers, integrators, and strategic accounts.
  • Create and implement sales strategies that deliver rapid, measurable growth.
  • Take full responsibility for revenue, performance, and new business development in Spain.
  • Represent Loxone towards key customers, partners, investors, and decision-makers.
  • Adapt our international strategy to the Spanish market and translate it into concrete execution.
Your profile:
  • You’ve done it before: proven experience scaling a team or market — ideally in a high-growth tech or B2B environment.
  • Strong sales leadership with the ability to build networks, close deals, and drive partner acquisition.
  • Hands‑on operator who is not afraid of hard work: opening offices, hiring people, coaching teams, solving problems.
  • Data‑driven decision maker who works systematically and manages by numbers.
  • High efficiency mindset — you know how to get the absolute best out of your people.
  • Solid technical understanding, ideally in smart home, automation, or a related field.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to inspire, motivate, and hold people accountable.
  • Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and ready for a serious challenge.
