• Service Coordination and Oversight:
  • Part of the team that coordinates the delivery of Application Maintenance (AM) services across the group (Europe & Africa). This service covers core applications such as ERP, CRM, HCM, IBP, and Financial tools, including integrations (EDI), and is handled by our partners, consisting of over 15 FTE.

Requisitos

• Enforce the adoption of KPI and SLA to control the correct performance of our service partners and report these metrics to the business managers.
• Partner Relationship Management:
  • Coordinate the day-to-day relationship with our partners, including incident management. This involves ticketing follow-up and prioritization to ensure quick and effective resolution.
• Quality Assurance and Documentation:
  • Make sure all IT changes / projects are well documented before going live, and that this documentation reaches the partners for ongoing maintenance.
• Transition and Communication:
  • Permanent touch with the leaders of the functional IT areas to ensure a proper transition of all new services into Application Maintenance (AM).
• Work Environment:
  • Active member of a multicultural team of around 20 people, located in more than 10 different locations across Europe and Africa, fostering a global and collaborative environment.
