About the location

Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.

About the role

As a Concierge, you are a key ambassador of the hotel, providing exceptional service and personalized recommendations that elevate each guest's experience. With your deep local knowledge, professional demeanor, and passion for hospitality, you will assist guests with everything from dinner reservations and transportation to curated experiences, always delivered with warmth, efficiency, and attention to detail.

What you will do
  • Provide personalized guest services, including reservations, recommendations, and information about local attractions.
  • Assist guests with transportation arrangements, event bookings, and special requests.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the property, amenities, and surrounding areas to offer accurate information.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and enhance overall satisfaction.

Schedule & Hours

Seasonal contract, full time, 40 hours per week, with consecutive and rotating shifts (including early mornings, days, evenings and weekends).
