A leading outdoor apparel brand is seeking an experienced ECI Store Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff training and development, and ensure sales targets are met. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of retail experience, strong leadership abilities, and proficiency in both Spanish and English. You will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment and communicating effectively with ECI stakeholders to enhance store performance.

Formación

• At least 5 years of retail experience; ECI experience is a plus.
• Previous team management experience is advantageous.
• Able to analyze data and prioritize.

Responsabilidades

• Manage staff training and onboarding for assigned ECI concessions.
• Coordinate staff schedules and compliance with local labor rules.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Conduct weekly sales analysis and propose action plans.
• Act as a liaison between Columbia and ECI stakeholders.
