On this occasion, our client is a global pharmaceutical company specialized in neuropsychiatry, recognized for its strong scientific foundation, ethical standards, and commitment to improving the lives of people living with brain disorders. As part of its continued growth in Spain, the company is strengthening its commercial organization.

We are currently seeking a Sales Representative – Neuropsychiatry to join their Iberian team, covering the Almería region. This is a field-based role focused on driving sales performance, building long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, and reinforcing the company’s presence across the territory.

Main Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales objectives for the assigned territory through effective planning, execution, and follow-up of promotional activities.

  • Develop and implement a territorial action plan in close coordination with the Area Manager, based on in-depth territory analysis and customer segmentation.

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital decision-makers, and key institutions.

  • Identify, engage, and develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within hospitals and healthcare centers.

  • Deliver high-quality, science-based promotional interactions, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, competitors, and disease areas.

  • Analyze territory performance using corporate tools and translate insights into actionable commercial initiatives.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, medical, and commercial) to ensure consistent execution of campaigns and micromarketing initiatives.

  • Actively participate in campaign meetings, internal projects, and continuous improvement initiatives, sharing best practices with peers.

  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, reporting requirements, administrative processes, and industry codes of conduct.
