Role

As Senior AI Transformation Consultant, you will enable organizations to transform and become truly AI-ready. From defining strategies, shaping executive workshops to building adoption roadmaps and delivering upskilling programs, you’ll work with senior management, project leaders and employees across companies to turn opportunities in AI and data into measurable results.

As a Senior AI Transformation Consultant, you will

• Lead projects and workstreams in AI change initiative in the area of AI strategy, AI Governance, AI upskilling and Data readiness.
• Support sales and new product development in AI change initiatives, across our main industries of Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services, Chemicals and Manufacturing.
• Lead executive workshops to define AI strategies, use cases, and roadmaps.
• Design and deliver training programs - from general AI literacy to deep-dive expert sessions for specific departments and / or on custom-built AI tools.
• Bridge business and technology, ensuring AI solutions are practical, secure, and valuable.
• Be a key person to further grow Visium’s AI Transformation practice.

To succeed in this role, you bring a combination of expertise, experience, and skills including:

• 4-6 years in Strategy consulting, project management, AI consulting or enterprise change management.
• Strong grasp of GenAI/ML fundamentals and experience with enterprise adoption.
• Strong people skills, i.e. you meet people where they are and have a passion to help them improve their organizational and personal skills.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and explain technical topics with clarity and empathy.
• Track record of connecting business goals with technical solutions.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, fluency in French or German is a big plus.
