Ideal candidates will have experience in logistics and vendor management, along with fluency in Spanish and English. The position offers an annual salary of €30,000 - €39,000 including bonuses, within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

SALARY RANGE : €30,000 - €39,000 (incl. year-end bonus)

POSITION DESCRIPTION :

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Procurement Specialist to support our warehouse's operational efficiency of our warehouse, ensuring the optimal supply of necessary assets, equipment and consumables

to guarantee the smooth running of the operation.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the logistics industry, in-depth knowledge of the local French market, and excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the procurement of equipment, consumables and assets required for warehouse operations
  • Identify, evaluate and develop a network of reliable and competitive local suppliers.
  • Ensure smooth co-ordination of procurement and inventory related logistics processes
  • Track the procurement process to ensure on-time delivery, budget control and quality compliance.
  • Analyse stock requirements, forecast stock-outs and propose appropriate sourcing strategies.
  • Manage all documents related to procurement (orders, contracts, invoices), complying with internal procedures and current regulatory requirements.
Key Qualifications
  • ⸻ Bilingual in Spanish and English, at least 1 year of experience in logistics, purchasing or warehouse management.
  • Proficiency in purchasing processes and asset / consumables management in a warehouse environment
Processes
  • In-depth knowledge of the Spanish supplier network
  • Excellent negotiation, organisational and communication skills.
  • Good command of Spanish (written and verbal), English is a plus
  • Autonomy, rigour, sense of responsibility and teamwork
