A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Business Development Representative (German) for a hybrid role in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities and drive sales through effective communication and a user-oriented approach. Required qualifications include fluency in German and strong English skills, as well as experience in B2B sales, particularly in IT or cloud solutions. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive new business by identifying high-potential prospects and achieving quarterly SQO targets
  • Execute outbound calls and emails to engage decision‑makers, understand needs, and present tailored cloud solutions
  • Educate clients on available technologies and align solutions with their business goals
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize conversion rates and overall pipeline performance.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Native/fluen level of German and strong English communication skills both verbal and written
  • Previous experience in outbound or B2B sales, ideally within IT or cloud solutions
  • Understanding of cloud computing and consultative sales principles
  • Proactive, target‑driven, and comfortable working in a phone‑based environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
