A competitive benefits platform is seeking a Junior Business Development Representative to generate new business in the Spanish market. This remote role requires first experience in sales, proficiency in both English and Spanish, and a comfort with cold outreach. Responsibilities include generating qualified meetings and maintaining CRM discipline. The position offers a salary of €20,000 – €25,000, uncapped commissions, and eligibility for stock options under their Equity Incentive Plan.
