About Pitch Golf Experience

Pitch Golf Experience is a unique corporate team-building provider, mixing the fun and accessibility of pitch & putt with engaging team-based games designed for companies. We create memorable outdoor experiences that strengthen teamwork, communication, and company culture — all through golf, but in a fun, modern, and inclusive format.

We are expanding across Spain and Portugal and are looking for a motivated professional to help us grow our B2B client base.

Role

You will be responsible for discovering, reaching out to, and qualifying new corporate clients who can benefit from our pitch golf experiences. This is a self-driven freelance role ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys building relationships with companies, and is excited about working in the sports & team-building sector.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new B2B leads across Spain and Portugal.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of corporate prospects (HR, People & Culture, Event Managers, Office Managers, etc.).
  • Present Pitch Golf Experience offerings to potential clients.
  • Collaborate remotely with our team using Trello, Google Drive, and Google Teams.
  • Track leads, progress, and results in an organized manner.
Requirements
  • Based in Spain or Portugal (other regions may be considered).
  • Freelance professional with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong initiative and ability to generate leads using personal methods and networks.
  • Languages: Conversational Spanish (required); English and Portuguese (a strong plus).
  • Experience in B2B sales, outreach, or business development is highly valued.
  • Comfortable working with remote teams and digital tools (Trello, Drive, Google Teams).
