Formación

We’re looking for a driven and curious Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us grow our customer base and open doors in new markets.

Responsibilities
  • Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting
  • Work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities from leads
  • Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills
  • Identify and qualify inbound and outbound leads through research, outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calls), and discovery.
  • Build relationships with prospects and understand their needs and challenges.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for our Account Executives and Sales Engineers.
  • Use tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting.
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and hunger to learn.
  • Comfortable with outreach and rejection – persistence is key.
  • Fluent in (English / other required languages).
