A global leader in automotive solutions located in Redondela, Spain, is looking for a professional to lead industrial performance projects. The role involves managing spare parts inventory and deploying strategic projects focused on maintenance CMMS and SAP. Ideal candidates should have an engineering background, experience in maintenance related to injection and automotive processes, and be fluent in both Spanish and English.

Formación

• Experience in maintenance related to injection and automotive processes.
• Fluent in Spanish and English at B2 level.
• Ability to drive results for cost in maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead industrial performance projects and ensure global coordination.
• Pilot spare parts inventory management.
• Deploy strategic projects, focusing on maintenance CMMS and SAP management.

• Lead industrial performance projects from analysis to definition & deployment of standards
• Pilot Spare parts inventory management
• Animate Performance and cost management
• Ensure Global coordination
• Deploy Strategic projects, as main priority identified: Maintenance CMMS & SAP management in Spain, Europe area, support in Americas

Competencies & profile

• SAP - Power BY – EXCEL
• Spanish & English fluent level B2
• Engineering background with experience on MAINTENANCE – INJECTION & Automotive processus
