At beonit, we are looking for an Audiovisual Production Assistant to support the coordination of content production from pitch to final delivery. This person will act as a key liaison between internal teams (Programming, Finance, Archive, Operations) and external production companies, helping ensure the smooth execution of documentaries and series in development.

Day to day functions will be :

This role sits within the Commissioning department, supporting the development and delivery of externally produced content, primarily focusing on series and documentaries, and plays acentral role in managing the day-to-day coordination between the external production companies and internal departments, including Creative, Legal, Administrative, Archive, and Operations.

The position supports commissioned projects from the moment of greenlight through to delivery and publication, ensuring that all creative, legal, and technical requirements are met throughout the production lifecycle.

What we need from you

• 3 to 5 years of experience in audiovisual production.
• Excel proficient.
• Experience with Asana, Aspera, Whatson, Grass Valley or similar.
• Solid communication and organisational skills.
• Demonstrable level of English C1 in verbal communication.
