Una empresa de tecnología de marketing en Barcelona busca un Especialista en Marketing B2B para apoyar la comercialización regional en Europa. El candidato ideal tiene más de 3 años de experiencia en marketing B2B, preferiblemente en tecnología o turismo, y habilidades sólidas en gestión de proyectos y comunicación. Este rol implica la adaptación de campañas y colaboración con equipos para optimizar el rendimiento. Se valora la fluidez en inglés y otros idiomas europeos.

Formación

  • Más de 3 años de experiencia en marketing B2B, idealmente en tecnología, turismo o SaaS.
  • Habilidades organizativas y de gestión de proyectos.
  • Capacidad de trabajar con métricas, insights y evaluación de ROI.

Responsabilidades

  • Colaborar con equipos de Marketing de Producto y Ventas.
  • Adaptar programas digitales a los matices del mercado europeo.
  • Contribuir a procesos de calidad de datos en CRM.

About the Role

RateGain powers growth for travel and hospitality brands worldwide. The Marketing Specialist will support regional marketing across Europe by localizing campaigns, refining ICPs, running experiments, and improving funnel performance. Working closely with Product Marketing and Sales, they contribute to ABM programs, reporting, CRM hygiene, and GDPR compliance. This role suits a proactive, data-savvy marketer who thrives in fast-moving, collaborative environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Sales to align on priorities and support regional marketing initiatives, from campaign planning to execution, performance tracking, and post-campaign reviews.
  • Identify fresh ICP segments, creative angles, and experiment opportunities to elevate results.
  • Adapt and localize digital programs to suit European market nuances while keeping brand standards intact across channels.
  • Improve the full B2B funnel to strengthen marketing’s influence on revenue generation.
  • Contribute to dashboards, reports, and insights that highlight progress, outcomes, and lessons learned.
  • Support the development and rollout of ABM programs (1 : 1, 1 : few, 1 : many) for priority accounts.
  • Build and maintain playbooks, templates, and frameworks to scale regional execution efficiently.
  • Manage documentation, track action items, and report on team priorities and impact.
  • Adhere to GDPR requirements and assist with consent and preference management to safeguard compliance.
  • Contribute to CRM data quality processes and maintain accuracy for better targeting and measurement.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as the team evolves and new opportunities emerge.
Key Competencies & Experience
  • 3+ years in B2B tech marketing, ideally within travel, hospitality, or SaaS supporting these sectors, with experience in digital and / or field marketing.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Excellent communicator with solid stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Creative problem solver with a sharp eye for customer experience and brand alignment.
  • Data-driven thinker comfortable working with metrics, insights, and ROI evaluation.
  • Proven collaborator across marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and energized by fast-paced environments.
  • Hands-on mindset with resilience under pressure.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish or other European languages are a plus.
