A leading manufacturer of LED work lights is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Spain and Portugal. You will develop the market while working from home, focusing on strategic relationships with distributors and customers. Key responsibilities include external sales activities, developing sales plans, training partners, and managing accounts. Ideal candidates have strong business development experience and proficiency in professional English. This role offers flexibility and engagement with diverse markets.

Formación

Area Sales Manager – Spain & Portugal

Join SCANGRIP as Area Sales Manager for Spain and Portugal. Are you driven by innovation and success? As a satellite to our Head Office in Denmark, you will continue developing the Spanish and Portuguese markets, representing Europe's leading manufacturer of LED work lights.

SCANGRIP A/S is developing and manufacturing LED work lights for professional use and is today a market leader in many European countries. We build our business together with local distribution partners.

To develop the market in Spain and Portugal, we are looking for an Area Sales Manager located in Spain who can work from home and in close cooperation with our HQ in Denmark.

SCANGRIP already has business with distribution partners, but further potential for our products is very good. Our products are used in many segments such as Automotive, Industry and Construction.

Responsibilities
  • Spend 60% – 70% of time on external sales activities – customer interaction.
  • Develop sales and marketing plans with and for your distributors / dealers.
  • Joint visits and product training with distributors / dealers.
  • Participate in local and international fairs.
  • Report to head office in Denmark.
  • Manage accounts based in Central and South America, if applicable.
Qualifications
  • Experience in developing business with distributors / dealers.
  • Strong key account profile with a strategic approach.
  • Ability to work both on a strategic level and in front of dealers and end-users.
  • Good experience with Microsoft Office programs and professional level communication in English (verbal and written).
  • Background in selling tools, spare parts or other technical products to industrial end users is advantageous but not required.
