Responsibilities:

As a Account Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and building strong relationships with our customers in either the OSR or FSR channel. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing key accounts and driving the current customer portfolio.
  • Developing product engagements and projects with assigned customers.
  • Owning the entire value chain from idea conception to supply and planning.
  • Conducting price negotiations and A&R control to ensure profitability.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions.
