Director of Medical Strategy
We are seeking a highly motivated Applied Healthcare AI Research Fellow to join our European AI research team. This role is designed for an individual who will act as the primary on‑ground scientific and operational liaison for multi‑institutional AI research initiatives focused on respiratory and thoracic diseases.
The fellow will work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, clinical research, and healthcare implementation, collaborating closely with academic universities, radiologists, pulmonologists, oncologists, and hospital research teams across Europe. The role combines academic rigor, clinical engagement, and hands‑on operational execution of real‑world and prospective research studies.
This position is ideally suited for a candidate who enjoys field‑based research, interdisciplinary collaboration, and translating AI research into real‑world clinical workflows.
Prior experience working with or alongside clinicians (radiologists, pulmonologists, oncologists etc).
Knowledge of medical imaging and AI applications in healthcare is a strong advantage.
Ability to bridge technical, clinical, and operational teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional European languages are an advantage).
Candidate must be based in European Union and eligible to travel freely within Europe.
Willingness and capability to travel frequently as part of the role is essential.
