A consulting group is seeking an Application Support Specialist for a retail and digital transformation project. The role involves managing application support activities, ensuring smooth operation across systems, and requires experience and strong command of Cegid Y2. We are looking for an Application Support Specialist to join a retail and digital transformation project within a dynamic and technical environment.
The selected professional will be responsible for managing integration flows and application support activities, ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of business applications.
You will work closely with IT, business, and technical teams to coordinate support activities, handle incidents, lead continuous improvement projects, and ensure seamless application performance across multiple systems.
English fluency is mandatory, and French is a strong plus.
