• Manage proper license arrangements for the user community across applications.
• Register all applications with the CMDB and adhere to Service Management guidelines.
• Ensure timely service delivery within SLAs for incidents and change requests.
• Maintain up-to-date technical and user documentation.
• Oversee vendor management and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with business teams and application owners for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT with 5+ years in application management (quality, engineering, manufacturing applications preferred).
• Experience in vendor management including tasks, processes, and KPI execution.
• Strong portfolio application management and requirement gathering skills.
• Good communication and analytical skills to understand broader business requirements.
• English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
