A Quantum Industry Leader is seeking a skilled Technical Lead to manage AI and LLM projects from their new hybrid site in Zaragoza. The position requires a Master’s degree and over four years of experience in delivering ML projects. Responsibilities include leading teams, overseeing the project lifecycle, translating business needs into technical solutions, and promoting best engineering practices. Strong communication skills and familiarity with tools like Python and Docker are essential. This role is a fixed-term contract until June 2026.

Formación

• 4+ years’ experience delivering ML or data-driven software projects in industry.
• 2+ years’ experience managing end-to-end engineering projects; LLM or NLP experience is a strong plus.
• Experience with agile/scrum methodologies in software or ML-focused teams.
