Job Responsibilities
After-Sales Technical Management (EV Focus)
- Lead and optimize the EV after-sales technical support system across authorized dealers and service partners.
- Provide technical guidance on high-voltage systems, battery, e-motor, inverter and vehicle control systems.
- Act as the escalation point for complex, critical or recurring technical issues.
- Manage and implement Technical Service Bulletins (TSB), service campaigns and recalls.
Quality Control & Continuous Improvement
- Establish and execute the EV after-sales quality control framework, including repair quality audits and technical compliance checks.
- Analyze warranty claims, technical complaints and field data to perform root cause analysis (RCA).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance key quality KPIs : First-Time Fix Rate, repeat repair rate, warranty cost, CSI, etc.
Warranty & Quality Cost Management
- Ensure proper implementation of EV warranty policies in compliance with OEM standards and local regulations.
- Review and manage warranty claims to control quality-related costs.
- Regularly report quality and technical performance to regional and HQ teams.
Dealer & Service Network Management
- Define and deploy EV technical and quality standards across the service network.
- Conduct technical and quality audits at dealers and service workshops, following up on corrective actions.
- Support after-sales network expansion and EV capability readiness at new service locations.
Technical Training & Capability Development
- Develop and implement EV technical training programs, including high-voltage safety, battery diagnostics and advanced troubleshooting.
- Coordinate online and on-site training, certification and technical competency assessments.
- Work closely with HQ engineering, quality and training teams.
Cross-Functional & HQ Collaboration
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Customer Care, Parts & Logistics and Sales teams.
- Act as the technical and quality interface between the Spain market and global headquarters.
Qualifications : Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering (Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or New Energy related).
- Quality management training or certifications are a plus.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in after-sales, technical support or quality management within the automotive industry.
- Hands‑on experience with EV OEMs, importers or premium automotive brands is highly preferred.
- Experience in building or scaling after‑sales systems in fast‑growing markets is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills
- Solid knowledge of EV high‑voltage systems, battery, e‑motor and power electronics.
- Strong understanding of after‑sales quality processes, warranty management and data analysis.
- Proven ability to resolve complex technical issues and work cross‑functionally.
