Responsabilidades

  • Reconcile bank and customer/supplier accounts.
  • Manage invoicing, collections, and payments.
  • Support tax declaration preparations.
  • Maintain accurate accounting documentation.
  • Collaborate with audits and provide required data.
  • Assist in financial forecasts and reports.
  • Monitor inventories and fixed assets.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Record and classify accounting transactions in the general ledger (income, expenses, assets, liabilities, etc.)
  • Prepare and review balance sheets, financial statements, and monthly, quarterly, and annual closing reports
  • Reconcile bank accounts and customer/supplier accounts, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
  • Manage invoicing and control of collections and payments, ensuring correct VAT application and compliance with tax regulations
  • Support the preparation of tax declarations, such as VAT, income tax, and corporate tax
  • Maintain up‑to‑date accounting and financial documentation, both physical and digital
  • Collaborate with internal and external audits, providing accounting data and supporting documents as required
  • Assist in preparing financial forecasts and reports
  • Monitor inventories and fixed assets, performing the corresponding accounting entries and adjustments
  • Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations, as well as with the company’s internal policies
Qualifications
  • A proficient or bilingual level of Spanish and advanced English
  • 2‑3 years proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Initiative to take ownership of accounting tasks and act as a positive driver of change
  • Team‑oriented mindset and good collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
