A global technology and services leader is seeking an Account Manager proficient in German and advanced English for a hybrid role in Barcelona. You will drive partner pipeline management and revenue generation, with responsibilities including evaluating partner interest and monitoring marketing activities. Preferred candidates will have two years of technical sales experience and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary and bonus structure.

What you will do in this role
  • Responsible for partner pipeline management, detecting new opportunities detected, and driving successful and profitable closure of deal rate
  • Understand partner market and competition and evaluate reseller interest
  • Create partner loyalty and drive partner competencies and certification in BU products
  • Ensure partners are taking advantage of promotions, events & programs
  • Work together with partner to drive revenue for BU via campaigns, opportunity identification (and closure) and other methods
  • Detect and provide transparency of qualified opportunities and take actions to close them with partner & support partners to close big deals when necessary
  • Work closely with telemarketing, end user sales teams and other key resources to maximize revenue and customer/partner satisfaction
  • Monitor execution of partner marketing plan, investment and co-marketing activities review and proposal, monitor ROI
  • May attend country partner events for meeting key partners

  • Are bilingual or proficient in German with advanced English
  • Have two years of related technical sales experience preferred
  • Are familiar with channel programs
  • Have excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent telephone and presentation skills
  • Work toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration, motivation and time/work prioritize
  • Can demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem-solving skills when making decisions
  • Can establish an individual course of action to accomplish goals while using appropriate
It would be a plus if you:
  • Have experience in working in Channel environment, knowledge of partners and distributors
What’s in it for you
  • Full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Monday to Friday, from 09.00 to 18.
  • Salary 23.400 euros gross/year + up to 7.200 euros gross/year in bonus
