Formación

  • 3-4 years of experience in Account Management or similar roles in digital or e-commerce.
  • High level of English proficiency required.

  • Solid understanding of last-mile delivery models.

Support the company’s business growth by managing and developing a portfolio of clients, ensuring a strong relationship, high satisfaction, and achievement of commercial targets.

This role combines account management with a solid understanding of digital sales processes (marketplaces, checkout, brand visibility, etc.) to deliver solutions that add value and improve the customer experience.

What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
  • Manage and develop the assigned client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and identification of new opportunities within each account.
  • Understand clients’ operational and technological needs (marketplaces, e-commerce, retailers) and coordinate tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with IT, Operations, and Marketing teams to support integrations, onboardings, issue resolution, and improvements in logistics workflows.
  • Analyze account performance, market activity, and competitive trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and activity reports.
Well, what will the requirements be?
  • 3–4 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or commercial roles in digital, logistics, or e-commerce environments.
  • General understanding of last-mile delivery models (PUDO, Lockers, Home Delivery, Fulfillment).
  • Familiarity with online purchasing processes (checkout, order management tools, integration software).
  • High level of English.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and digital environments.
  • Proactive, organized, and goal‑oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer‑centric approach and collaborative working style.
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt to dynamic and fast‑changing environments.
