As part of our global ERP transformation, we are implementing a modern SAP S/4 HANA system landscape to harmonize and optimize business processes across all regions. To support this journey, we are looking for a Senior SAP FI Consultant (m/f/d) with deep expertise in Record to Report (RTR) processes to join our international team in Hamburg.

• Design, implement, and continuously improve SAP S/4 HANA Financial Accounting modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking) in close collaboration with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and IT vendors
• Facilitate workshops to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions using S/4 HANA and SAP Fiori
• Perform detailed analysis of complex financial processes and deliver tailored system configurations and enhancements
• Lead sub-projects and coordinate internal and external stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Stay up to date with SAP innovations (e.g. SAP DRC, Migration Cockpit, xSuite) and proactively recommend improvements
• Ensure seamless integration with adjacent modules such as SD and MM

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience as an SAP FI Consultant in international environments
• Strong configuration and implementation experience in SAP S/4 HANA FI and ECC
• In-depth knowledge of Record to Report processes: General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Master Data, and Month-End Close
• Familiarity with SAP DRC, Migration Cockpit, and xSuite is a strong advantage
• Basic understanding of adjacent modules (SD, MM)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across cultures
• Strong time management and ownership mindset; committed to delivering high-quality results on time
• Fluent in English; German or Spanish is a plus
