Commercial, newspaper and packaging printers rely on us for the most extensive range of integrated solutions, from printing plates and computer-to-plate systems over workflow and print management software to pressroom chemicals. We are commercially active worldwide through sales organizations and dealers in more than 30 countries.

At this moment, we are looking for a Flexo Sales Manager for the DACH & SEE region based in Germany.

As the Flexo Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and building long-term client relationships while meeting revenue targets. You will work across a portfolio of flexographic printing equipment, software solutions, and consumables.

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy for the DACH & SEE region to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the flexographic printing market, focusing on packaging, labels, and flexible materials.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers in the DACH & SEE region, ensuring exceptional service and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct client visits and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Provide tailored recommendations to clients, addressing their specific needs and pain points.

Market Expertise

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements in flexographic printing.
  • Identify opportunities for product development and communicate market feedback to internal teams.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences within the DACH & SEE region.

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with technical, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with global colleagues to share insights and strategies for market penetration.

Your profile : Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in flexographic printing, preferable in the prepress department, or related industries (e. g., packaging, printing, or consumables).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong network within the DACH & SEE flexographic printing market is a significant advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of flexographic printing equipment, software, and consumables.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills in German and English (fluency in both is required).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
