Role Overview

As an Air & Sea Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business development, maintaining client relationships, and expanding the company’s market share in Germany. You will focus on selling international air and sea freight services, working closely with internal teams to provide customized solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new customers for air and sea freight services.
  • Identify and target potential clients across various industries, including manufacturing, retail, and automotive.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their logistics needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate rates, service agreements, and contracts with customers.
