• Strategic Alignment : Define and maintain the portfolio’s overarching vision, ensuring each product supports the company’s strategic themes and goals.
• Cross-Product Coordination : Collaborate with Product Managers to identify interdependencies, optimize resource allocation, define competitive pricing model incl. revenue sharing approach and prevent conflicting release timelines or other technical dependencies.
• Joint Go-to-Market Approach : Ensure a globally aligned marketing as well as sales approach for the e-invoice portfolio elements, taking into account local interests and navigating a complex stakeholder landscape.
• Value Maximization : Continuously assess the portfolio’s mix of products, recommending additions, retirements, or pivots to maximize long-term user and business value.
• Risk Management : Track and mitigate risks that span multiple products—such as budget constraints, market shifts, or regulatory changes—providing support to PMs as needed.
• Cross-Functional Coordination : Collaborate with product management, engineering, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Build and maintain strong relationships with product management, regional teams, and key stakeholders from marketing and sales to drive portfolio success and optimise solution offerings.
• Market Insight : Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
• Collaboration Framework : Establish best practices, governance frameworks, and standardisation across portfolio elements to drive efficiency and scalability.

• You have demonstrable experience in portfolio management, product management or a similar role.
• You have excellent strategic thinking, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• You are characterised by excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
• You can manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• You have the ability to achieve your own goals while understanding and respecting the legitimate interests of others.

• You have experience in the e‑invoicing or financial technology industry.
• You have a strong understanding of e‑invoicing processes, regulations and market trends.
• You are proficient in project management tools and software.
• You have experience with the SAP universe.
