Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial-minded Strategic Alliance Manager (m/f/d) to join our growing sales team and develop Shippeo’s alliances and partner network in Central and Northern Europe.

The position is based in Düsseldorf, Germany, with options for remote work within Germany.

We desire someone passionate about navigating large organizations and building trust with stakeholders. As an energetic self-starter, you will manage partnerships with a focus on revenue growth, working closely with Shippeo’s sales organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategic Development of Alliances and Partner Network: Manage and expand our existing partners, including ERP, TMS, consulting, and integration companies.
  • Strategic Alliance Building with SAP: Develop a strong partnership with SAP, fostering mutual benefits.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Create and implement strategies with partners to deliver unique value propositions.
  • Identify and Cultivate Sales Opportunities: Support regional sales teams by identifying opportunities within the partner network.
  • Engagement at Executive Levels: Build relationships with senior executives to understand and address their business needs.
  • Communicate Value Proposition: Promote Shippeo’s unique value to partners and clients.
Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of experience in sales, business development, or partner management.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Knowledge of supply chain solutions and SAP’s organizational structure.
  • Existing network in transportation management, supply chain, or logistics.
  • Experience managing partners such as ISVs, VARs, SIs, and developing channels.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within teams.
