You will be responsible for the continuous development and optimization of production controlling at our Luckenwalde site. You will support the departments in financial matters and contribute your expertise to both the commissioning and ongoing operation of our production facility.
- Further develop production controlling in SAP to enhance efficiency and transparency
- Act as a business partner to production, analyzing manufacturing costs, variances, and KPIs, and deriving concrete actions from these analyses
- Support forecasting, budgeting, as well as monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring a reliable cost accounting system
- Collaborate with management and departments within the plant on cross-functional improvement projects
- Work closely with the Head of Finance to contribute to the strategic management of the plant
