We are looking for a Junior Finance Manager – Orem, Utah

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented individual to support the finance operations of SFC Energy LLC in Orem, Utah. Reporting directly to the Managing Director (Finance Head), you will play a critical role in managing day‑to‑day financial activities, delivering accurate reporting, and collaborating across departments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow their finance career in a dynamic, hands‑on role with significant impact.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Strong SAP knowledge—experience with SAP ECC6 is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi‑task effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with key stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.

What We Expect?

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support the day‑to‑day finance operations of SFC Energy LLC.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reporting packages.
• Work closely with the finance team to meet deadlines and support the company’s strategic goals.
• Report directly to the Managing Director (Finance Head) and provide strong finance business partnership to department heads.
• Collaborate extensively with external accounting firms, corporate controllership, operational finance, and cross‑functional teams in manufacturing and engineering.
• Proactively identify financial risks, communicate them effectively, and lead development of mitigation strategies.
• Manage smooth go‑live implementations and provide ongoing support for new finance processes.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and offer finance expertise across a variety of assignments.
