For our company, we are looking for a dynamic and well-organised person on a part-time basis to strengthen our international and multi-disciplinary team in our Goslar office. Do you have a positive mindset a service-oriented spirit? Then you are exactly right with us.

• Supporting our team with administrative, organisational and operational tasks
• Coordinating meetings, appointments, travelling and other logistical tasks
• Processing correspondence, communication (written and telephone), presentations, reports and other documents
• Procurement of office supplies and equipment, invoice processing, goods bookings

• Commercial training, experience as an assistant or similar
• Excellent language skills in German, good language skills in English
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and willingness to familiarise yourself with other IT systems
• Excellent communication skills, reliability, flexibility and a proactive approach to work
• Ability to work in a team and with diverse groups of people
• Ability to problem solve work related issues
