“Empower people to improve mental health” - join us on our mission to improve mental health care. At Elona Health, we develop tools that empower patients to take a more active role in their therapy and support psychotherapists to make better treatment choices. Our digital health applications elona therapy and elona explore have been accepted by the BfArM as an 'app on prescription' and that's where your commitment is needed!

Your responsibilities

• You will be part of our product team and develop innovative, scalable solutions in the field of psychotherapy together with several developers.
• Together with your Scrum team, you will successfully implement the sprint backlog, taking into account value, sustainability and quality.
• You work independently on stories and tickets with high reliability and efficiency.
• You are actively involved in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of code quality.
• You work closely with our CTO and contribute your expertise to achieve the technical goals of our product.

What we are looking for

• You have a degree in IT or simply know what you are doing.
• You have at least 3 years of practical work experience.
• You have a very good command of the following programming languages and tools:
  • HTML, CSS (SCSS)
  • JavaScript (ES6+)
  • React, React Native
  • Webpack, Babel
  • Jest, E2E testing
  • ESLint, Prettier
  • Node, NPM
  • Docker
  • Git
• You are interested in encryption methods and machine learning.
• You are familiar with continuous delivery and agile methods.

• You are willing to share your knowledge with the team.
• You are fluent in English; German is a plus.
