As an Implementation Manager / Solution Consultant at Mercanis, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end process of implementing our solutions for customers, ensuring seamless integration and a smooth experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Customer Success, to understand customer needs and tailor the implementation to deliver maximum value. Your responsibility will be to guide clients through the entire implementation journey, from onboarding to post-go-live support, while ensuring quick time-to-value of projects and customer satisfaction. Your Stellar Role
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, to ensure a smooth and efficient post-sales process for new and existing customers.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation process for new customers, ensuring that the solution is deployed according to customer specifications, on time, and within budget.
- Work directly with customers to understand their requirements, configure the product to meet their needs, and ensure seamless integration into their environment.
- Drive proactive project management throughout the implementation phase, coordinating tasks, resources, and timelines to guarantee successful go-live.
- Conduct training sessions and Q&A workshops with customers and key stakeholders, empowering them to use the product independently and effectively.
- Continuously collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to address customer requests, set realistic expectations, and determine the scope of features or customizations.
- Own the implementation process from initial engagement to post-go-live, ensuring the solution meets or exceeds customer expectations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, customer feedback, and emerging practices to improve processes and accelerate the time-to-value for our customers.
- Strive for continuous improvement in the deployment and onboarding processes to streamline workflows and ensure customer satisfaction.
Your Profile
Your Profile Requirements
- You bring 2–5 years of experience in solution implementation, project management, or customer-facing roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment, with a strong track record of managing complex deployments and delivering customer success through tailored solutions (e.g., management consulting).
- You possess a deep understanding of solution implementation processes and have experience managing customer requirements, coordinating resources, and ensuring successful go-live and post-deployment support.
- You have experience working directly with customers, understanding their needs, and configuring solutions to solve their problems while maintaining technical feasibility and project timelines.
- You are proficient in managing project timelines and resources and have a strong ability to oversee the full lifecycle of customer onboarding and deployment, ensuring projects are completed within budget and on time.
- You have experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, to ensure smooth communication and alignment on customer requirements and expectations.
- You have a strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to guide customers through complex setups, integrations, and configurations.
- You are a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoys taking ownership of the implementation process to deliver exceptional outcomes.
- You’re business fluent in German and English.
