YOUR TASKS

You will design and implement a forward-thinking logistics and transport strategy for wind energy projects, setting new standards in a rapidly growing market

As a strong and inspiring leader, you will shape a culture of excellence, ownership, and collaboration within your team

You will oversee all logistics operations – from strategic route planning and permitting to coordination with internal and external stakeholders

Your technical expertise in heavy transport will be key – especially in handling large components such as blades, nacelles, and towers

You will work closely with project management, engineering, and procurement to ensure seamless, efficient, and safe execution

Proactively identifying risks and ensuring compliance with legal and environmental regulations will be part of your daily routine

You will manage the logistics budget, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement and innovation without compromising on quality or safety

YOUR PROFIL

You hold a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a comparable field

Solid professional background in logistics, preferably with proven leadership experience

Your background includes expertise in transporting large-scale components – ideally within the renewable energy or wind sector

You are well-versed in international transport regulations and the specific requirements of heavy haul logistics

Strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a confident leadership style are among your strengths

You are fluent in both German and English; additional languages are a plus

You are solution-oriented, entrepreneurial in your mindset, and thrive in complex, fast-paced environments
