For the position of Aviation Quality Manager at our customer Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth — also possible on a part-time basis — we are looking for a committed personality with a high degree of service orientation and a sense of responsibility. You will follow the guiding principle of ‘leading by example’ and actively drive continuous improvement in line with existing guidelines. The maximum gross annual salary is € 61,200. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (not a student visa).
Job description
Tasks
- Creation and implementation of quality concepts for maintenance, servicing and upgrades
- Management and participation in improvement projects as part of the MSC initiative ‘JUMP’
- Support in licence allocation processes for internal and external requirements
- Analysing quality problems and managing the necessary corrective measures (PPS/NCM tool)
- Participation in the introduction and adaptation of maintenance processes
- Supporting the implementation of internal and external audits
- Analysing quality-relevant data (e.g. Q reports, dashboards) and deriving measures
- Training and coaching of employees in the QM system including aviation law requirements
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing, production, aerospace, project management, quality management and customer service
- Sound knowledge of EASA Part 66/145/21, DIN-ISO, AQAP 2110/2310, ZV 275 / DEMAR
- Experience in interface management
- Business fluent German (min. C1) and proficient English (min. B2)
- Unrestricted work permit for the EU
