The Manufacturing Quality Technician in Munich, Baierbrunn, is responsible for product inspection according to specifications and quality standards. This on-site role is vital to our Quality Control department.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and maintain inspection reports
• Inspect products according to specifications and quality standards
• Manage non-conformances: initiate in SmartSolve, follow-up on process phases (Containment, Disposition, Investigation, Analysis)
• Support investigation of non-conformities as part of the Andon Team
• Document product inspection results
• Verify and approve Device History Records
• Coordinate with teams on sorting and inspection activities
• Process materials in Oracle database
• Monitor and follow-up on calibration activities, coordinating with external labs

Requirements:

• Technical education
• Experience in quality control/assurance (medical technology preferred, automotive or mechanical engineering acceptable)
• Proficiency in English
