Your mission

Asa Customer Success Manager focused on the Enterprise sector, you will be at the forefront of the Wandelbots mission to revolutionize industrial automation with software-driven solutions that scale across robots and production sites.

You will be responsible for driving and executing an Enterprise Customer journey that enables our Customers to adopt and scale the Wandelbots NOVA platform and become future-proof, software-driven manufacturing organizations of excellence.

You will workcross-functionally withProduct,Engineering,Design, andyour Revenue colleaguesto bring innovative solutions to the market that allow our customers and users easier access to robotics than ever before.

What You'll Do

  • Lead theCustomer journey from late-stageSales to full onboardingand beyond
  • Develop collaboration planswith yourCustomersto ensuretheir success, making surethey aremaximisingtheiroutcomesfromWandelbots products and services
  • Developland and expand strategies that drivegrowth,fromproof-of-conceptprojects toenterprise-wide rollouts
  • Monitor Customer sentiment and healthand proactively address potential issues
  • Design and coordinatetrainings,technicalworkshops, expert consultation,and other support servicesand solutionsto ensure issue resolutionandproduct adoption
  • GatherCustomer feedback and insights to inform our revenue generation strategies and support the Product and Engineering teamin product development
  • Represent the voice of the customer, with data,within internal discussions

Your profile
  • Proven experiencein Customer Success or Account Management within B2BEnterprise environments (you havesuccessfullyworked with largeEnterprise accounts)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders(you are equally comfortable in a room with engineers orC-suite)
  • Proven experienceworkingin startups or fast-paced, fast-changing,organizations(you havehightolerance for ambiguity and quicklylearnand adapt to new situations)
  • Strong understandingand experience withtechnicalproducts, preferably inthe robotics, software development,or deep tech sectors
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineeringand Designteams. You are someone who can motivate others around youfor the samegoal
  • Strongself-organisationalskills and attention to detail(you are good at planning, documenting, andmaintainingan up-to-date CRM, CSplatform,and tickets)
  • Proactivemindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Fluency in English; Germanproficiencyis a plus
  • Willingnessto travel as needed to meetyourCustomersand attend trade fairs
  • Willingness to commute regularly to Dresden, particularly in the first months of your onboarding
