We are hiring an experienced finance leader to take full ownership of all financial operations, ensuring compliance with both IFRS and German GAAP (HGB) standards. Key duties include people management, financial accounting, controlling, planning and analysis, managing statutory and group reporting, leading audits, and supporting strategic decision-making through accurate financial insights and risk management.

The position offers a unique opportunity to lead structural improvements, elevate team performance, and play a central role in our upcoming ERP and compliance initiatives.

The role reports to the CEO and manages a small team.

Please note the role is hybrid and will require 2-3 days per week in the office.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred)
• Strong command of IFRS and German GAAP (HGB)
• Proven leadership and team development experience
• Hands-on experience in mid-sized businesses
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Fast learner with a growth mindset
• Collaborative and supportive team spirit
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in German and English
