Tradition and modern, combined in one concept. The project is located in the wine-growing region of Ahr and is super connected. The hosts have been serving food there for several hundred years. Since 2022, the gourmet restaurant has been newly built and rounds off the offer. The kitchen has a French focus and offers guests a culinary selection for lunch and dinner four days a week. All in all, a broad spectrum for the 3 service staff. We are therefore looking for an operational and administrative manager for the service.

• Role of hospitality in the restaurants
• Coordination of personnel
• Support with wine selection
• Training and personnel development
• Event planning and organization

• Training in the hotel industry
• Many years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Experience with beverages and wine
• Assertive and experienced in dealing with “paymasters”
• Good manners – externally and internally
• Basic IT knowledge

• Large operation with a good F&B turnover
• Christmas bonus
