Sales Manager (all genders) - Partner Acquisition

We are looking for a Partner Acquisition Manager (all genders) to help scale Europe’s leading sports and wellness platform. The Urban Sports Club Management team is on a mission to build and maintain the best and most diverse sport and wellness offering for their customer base. This entails finding and acquiring quality sports and wellness providers in urban cities, and developing rural areas according to companies' needs to become the leader for corporate wellness in Germany.

This role focuses on developing our partner network: you’ll identify fitting partners, convince them of our purpose, and ensure a smooth onboarding process to our network. As an Acquisition Manager you’ll have the chance to develop customized solutions in response to the unique challenges of balancing partner needs with what Urban Sports can offer.

What you will do
  • Own the entire acquiring process: making first contact with inbound and outbound leads, identifying fitting partners, maintaining contact, negotiating, drafting and signing contracts, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process and after sales.
  • Develop the partner network in cities and rural areas
  • Keep CRM up to date and log all communication with partners
  • Monitor and further develop the Acquisition Process
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding of new partners and be their go-to person prior to the collaboration
What you will need to succeed
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in new business sales (including cold calling)
  • You communicate confidently and convincingly in German (min. C1 language level)
  • Learning and growing in your role motivates you, and you are eager to expand your sales toolkit with guidance from experienced colleagues.
  • Targets excite you, and you use a structured way of working to manage your pipeline effectively.
  • Setbacks don’t discourage you easily - you bring persistence, drive, and a positive mindset.
