Do you want to make a real difference? In this key role, you will work directly with the COO/CTO of our group of companies and drive the digital transformation of our consulting processes. Your goal: agile project management, operational excellence and innovative solutions – across Europe.

• Strategic management of transformation projects for the standardisation and digitalisation of consulting processes.
• Introduction and scaling of agile and dual project management methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) with the support of agile coaches.
• Configuration and optimisation of the Kantata project management software and other digital tools.
• Developing and implementing best practices for monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement.
• Harmonisation of project management and transformation practices across all European markets.
• Development of communication, training and engagement strategies to support sustainable change.
• Facilitation of workshops and retrospectives to promote innovation and collaboration.
• Definition and tracking of relevant KPIs and data-based analysis to derive improvement measures.
• Active involvement of internal and external stakeholders, including communication of progress and integration of feedback.

• Holistic project management and coordination of transformation projects to ensure strategic goals are achieved.
• Proactive risk management across all project phases.
• Ensuring quality, scope and goal achievement through close coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Leading interdisciplinary project teams and promoting cooperation between IT, finance, HR and business units.
• Integration and coordination of overlapping workflows and management of dependencies.
• Facilitation of focused discussions and ensuring closed communication loops.
• Preparing and presenting meaningful reports and updates for senior management.
• Coordinating technical concepts and quality assurance of system designs and specifications.
• Managing external service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience in project and transformation management in professional service and / or life science industry
• Expertise in agile methodologies and change management in different cultural settings
• Strategic execution and stakeholder management skills
• Tool proficiency (e.g., Kantata, Miro, JIRA, MS Teams)
• Fluent in English; German preferred
• Willingness to travel across Europe

• Certifications in Agile, change management, or transformation frameworks
• Experience in the healthcare sector
• Exposure to large-scale transformation programs
• Background in organizational development and international collaboration
• Affinity for digital and emerging technologies

• Hybrid with Office in Hannover, Lower Saxony: Regular in-person presence at the office (2–3 days per week). Occasional travel to other company locations and clients across Europe is required.
