About the Project Coordinator Role
This is a unique opportunity for a highly organized and ambitious individual to work directly alongside the CEO of Lolli. As a Project Coordinator, you will be the central nervous system of our product and growth initiatives, ensuring that our fast-paced, remote teams are aligned and executing with precision. This is not a typical project management role; you will be the CEO's operational right-hand, with a front-row seat to building a leading company in the web3 space. The ideal candidate is a master of organization, a crystal-clear communicator, and thrives on bringing order to chaos.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for tracking the status of all key company projects and initiatives.
Maintain and meticulously update our project management tools (e.g., Linear, Discord, Coda) to ensure a single source of truth for the entire team.
Prepare and deliver concise status reports and progress summaries directly to the CEO.
Coordinate between engineering, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timelines are understood and dependencies are managed.
Schedule critical meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure all follow-up action items are documented and assigned.
Proactively identify and help remove administrative and operational blockers that could impede team velocity.
Requirements
Exceptional, near-flawless organizational and time-management skills. You are a master of lists, timelines, and follow-through.
World-class written and verbal communication skills in English. Your ability to convey complex information simply and clearly is paramount.
Demonstrably high learning velocity. You can master new concepts, domains, and software tools with remarkable speed.
A proactive, "no task is too small" ownership mindset.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment where priorities can shift.
Absolute discretion and professionalism, given your direct access to executive-level information and strategy.
Bonus: A genuine interest in the cryptocurrency and web3 space.
Bonus: Prior experience with tools like Linear, Jira, or Asana.
