Consultant * Digital Engineering (all Levels)

UNITY AG is seeking consultants at all levels to work on digital engineering projects across multiple locations in Germany. The role involves shaping future business models, implementing digital twins, building the 'Industrial Metaverse', and utilizing technologies like AI and AR. You will advise clients on digital transformation, optimize development processes, and coach teams. Senior-level responsibilities include leading projects and teams.

What you bring:

• Experience in project management and industry practice, ideally with PLM/PDM systems or management consulting.
• Understanding of complex systems and solutions for efficient processes.
• Technical degree with knowledge in R&D, systems engineering, agile development, and process design.
• Desire for innovation and organizational development.

Nice-to-have:

• Certifications or experience in PLM, Digital Twin, MBSE, SAFe, etc.
• Knowledge of PLM topics like E-BoM, ECM, variants, and configuration management.

Additional skills:

• Strong communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2).
• Analytical problem-solving, customer focus, curiosity, and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Team-oriented mindset.
