• Execute special projects independently, conducting research and making data-driven decisions.
• Prepare board decks and visual presentations.
• Coordinate meetings with internal teams and shareholders, including preparation and follow-up.
• Plan and facilitate workshops with international stakeholders.

• BS/MS degree with excellent grades from a top-tier university in Business, Economics, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience in high-performance environments such as GrowthCo, Consulting, or Banking.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex data.
• Confidence in engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (first recruitment step involves an Excel assessment).
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
